Setup your integration

To integrate Salesforce, we will follow these steps:

  1. Contact your CRM System Lead to discuss the technical integration via the Salesforce API
  2. If you do not have access to your Salesforce API, we can also integrate the data via a nightly batch import from a secure server
  3. Work with your Data Protection Officer to clarify all privacy issues and sign the necessary agreements
  4. Collaborate with your IT Security Officers to clarify and complete any security audits and assessments
  5. Connect via the Salesforce API or import the data from a secure server and launch a pilot phase with your power users

Once the pilot phase is complete, we will roll out the integration to your entire organization.
