Working Student Product & Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Your main focus will be to support our Product Owners by assisting in the analysis of customer usage data and helping to build and maintain key dashboards in Looker Studio. 📊
• Assist in data quality control by running routine checks and communicating findings to the Data Engineering team to ensure our dashboards are trustworthy.
• Use basic SQL queries in Google BigQuery to prepare, clean, and validate the data needed for your reports and analyses.
• Support the Business Analyst and product team with ad-hoc data requests and the creation of specific reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in a technical or analytical field like Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Economics.
• A highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• A foundational understanding of SQL and a strong interest in working with cloud data warehouses like Google BigQuery.
• First-hand experience with or a strong motivation to learn data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Language: German (C1 Minimum).
