Trainee Full Stack Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining features end to end, from user-facing interfaces to the backend services and microservices that power our feedback analytics platform.
• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend components that turn complex feedback data and AI-generated insights into clear, actionable views.
• Learn to implement, consume, and optimize API endpoints that connect our frontend applications with our backend services.
• Contribute to data flows and interactions with high-performance databases like ClickHouse.
• Participate actively in the full development lifecycle, from writing clean, maintainable code to contributing to testing practices and deployment support.
• Work closely with experienced engineers and our product team, taking part in code reviews and technical discussions to deepen your understanding.
• Continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge through structured training programs, dedicated mentorship, and hands-on project assignments.

‍Qualifications:

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Media Informatics, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundational programming skills, ideally in Python and at least one frontend language or framework (e.g., Dart/Flutter, TypeScript, React).
• Basic understanding of web and app development concepts such as UI components, state management, and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of API concepts (e.g., RESTful) and how frontend and backend communicate.
• A strong interest in both frontend and backend development, microservices architecture, and high-performance databases (e.g., ClickHouse).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
