Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Product Execution & Delivery: You will take full ownership of the Web Application backlog. You will translate high-level roadmaps into actionable, crystal-clear user stories and ensure a reliable, agile development flow (sprints, refinements, reviews) to keep the engine running smoothly.
• Design & Frontend Alignment: Collaborating closely with our UX design team, you will define intuitive, world-class dashboards. You will translate visual designs into functional requirements for our frontend developers working within the Flutter framework (experience with BI dashboards and custom widgets is a huge plus).
• Data & Feature Logic: You possess a strong logical understanding of data structures and how different information connects. Together with our Tech PO, you will ensure our data and API structures are architected to deliver optimal features for our users.
• Interface Management: You will bridge the gap between our platform's data services (core services, ML models) and your application, ensuring the web and mobile interfaces consume this data to power groundbreaking user features.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You will monitor product usage and feature performance, making tactical and strategic decisions based on hard metrics and data analytics, not assumptions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: You have at least 2–3 years of solid practical experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical Foundation: A strong analytical mindset with a solid technical understanding. You can read JSON, understand database schemas, and confidently speak the language of our engineers.
• AI & Data Literacy: A good grasp of AI concepts—especially Natural Language Processing (NLP)—is second nature to you, as our core value relies heavily on analyzing unstructured customer feedback.
• Product & UX Mindset: You possess strong problem-solving skills, an eye for clean UI/UX, and the ability to translate vague customer needs into concrete technical specifications.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to seamlessly switch between discussing "User Value" with stakeholders and "Technical Implementation" with developers.
• Language: You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), which is essential for working with our core enterprise clients in the DACH region and our international tech team.
