Lead Backend Engineer & Architect

As a lead backend engineer and architect, you will play a pivotal role in the learning journeys of our engineers. You will also work closely with our CTO to enhance our architecture and establish sound software engineering principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experienced software engineer, ideally with exposure to full stack development in Software as a Service (SaaS) or similar business models
  • Experience in developing and contributing to architectural discussions
  • Experience in a cloud-first environment
  • Passion to develop code yourself, while also helping more junior developers grow
