Chief Sales Officer (CSO) / Tribe Lead Business Development

Predict42, the AI-first SaaS company behind the MIGO Feedback Hub, is scaling up. We help major enterprise clients turn scattered feedback of all types into actionable knowledge. To support our continued growth, we are restructuring our organization into a scalable Product-Tribe-Organisation, introducing a dedicated Go-to-Market (GTM) Tribe.

We are looking for a visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a proven track record in high-value B2B SaaS to lead our Business Development efforts. While our founders have successfully bootstrapped the company to profitability with over 75,000 active users, you will build the engine that drives our next "factor x" growth phase.

You will act as the strategic leader of the GTM Tribe, moving us from founder-led sales to a professionalized, process-driven machine. You act as the critical link between our unique AI-technological capabilities and the commercial requirements of the European enterprise market.

The Role & Context

You will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) for business development and revenue alignment. You will lead a team of future Account Executives and SDRs, ensuring that our sales playbook is as innovative as our product. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure market feedback directly influences our roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Scaling: Take full ownership of the €1.5M+ Net New ARR target, focusing on diversifying our client base across retail, logistics, and finance sectors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a repeatable enterprise sales playbook, reducing the sales cycle and increasing win rates against legacy competitors.
  • Tribe Leadership: Recruit and mentor a high-performance GTM team, establishing clear KPIs and a culture of excellence.
  • Investor Relations: Support the founders in upcoming finance rounds, articulating our value as a "Strategic AI Asset" to maximize company valuation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the AI or Data-Analytics segment.
  • Track Record: Proven success in scaling a startup from €1M to €10M+ ARR.
  • AI Literacy: Deep understanding of how Generative AI and NLP create business value, moving beyond "AI-hype" to "AI-Outcome".
  • Language: Native/Fluent German and English are required for our DACH-focused enterprise client base.
