Positioning Statement – Why is the People Analytics Garage different?

FOR HR Leaders, IT Manager with HRIS responsibilities, and Data Scientists in large organizations, WHO have recently started to build up People Analytics & Automation Capabilities, the People Analytics Garage is an event THAT connects domain knowledge from HR leaders with methodological know how from Data Scientists. UNLIKE other conferences, the People Analytics Garage focuses on transferring know how on how to implement people analytics use cases.

We believe Powerpoint limits the potential for discussion. Therefore, we will have (virtual) stand-up talks and discussion in the morning sessions. In the afternoon, we (virtually) break out in smaller groups to discuss actual use cases and look at code of people analytics prototypes/ apps.

Adrian, Data Scientist

Adrian works on data science projects both in marketing and in HR. He has also extensive know on data sourcing/ preparation from SAP SuccessFactors as well as from other HR systems.

Mike, Sr. Manager HR Analytics

Mike is in charge of continuously developing HR Reporting and providing various dashboards to the organization. Recently, he has been involved in various people analytics projects.

Fabian, Sr. Data Scientist

Fabian works at BI-X, the Digital Lab of Boehringer Ingelheim. He has started to explore on how to optimize the process of designing job descriptions with data science methods.
