Customer Success Manager Enterprise SaaS

We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager for Enterprise SaaS to join our team at Predict42. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise SaaS customers, helping them to achieve their desired business outcomes. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and develop and implement customized success plans. You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing training and support, and managing customer escalations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to build and maintain successful customer relationships
  • Experience with developing and implementing customer success plans
  • Experience with onboarding and training new customers
  • Experience with providing customer support and managing escalations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
